Any school in the U.S. can enroll in the Fuel Up to Play 60 program; ¬†¬†signing up online is free, easy, and fast, at www.FuelUpToPlay60.com.¬† In addition to being enrolled in Fuel Up to Play 60, schools applying for Funds must participate in the National School Lunch Program and have an adult Program Advisor, registered on the website.
Fuel Up to Play 60 is an in-school nutrition and physical activity program from National Dairy Council (NDC) and National Football League, in collaboration with United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). The program encourages students to lead the charge in making healthy changes in their school by implementing strategies to increase access to nutrient-rich foods (low-fat and fat-free dairy foods, fruits, vegetables and whole grains) and physical activity.
