Eligibility: A letter from the IRS designating the school as a tax exempt 501 (c) (3) non-profit. In certain cases, the IRS will issue an exemption to a larger organization of which the school is a part (i.e. district). The organizational exemption and a photo copy of the school's name within the organization's member directory will suffice. Similarly, a website that shows the school to be part of a larger public school district will also suffice.
Purpose: The Snapdragon Book Foundation Seeks To Foster Children's Literacy By Providing Financial Grants For Books To School Libraries Serving Disadvantaged Youth In The United States.
