Purpose: The RTI Model For Providing Support, Instruction And Assessment For Learners At All Ability Levels Aligns With Current Federal Legislation, Such As The Individuals With Disabilities Education Improvement Act That Urges Schools To Focus On Ensuring All Students Are On The Path To Success By Addressing Difficulties Early And Individually.
