|Eligibility:||If you would like to submit a grant proposal to the Finish Line Youth Foundation, please click on the "Online Eligibility Quiz" link and take the quiz. If the quiz finds your organization eligible to receive funding from FLYF, it will automatically lead you to the Grant Application process that can only be completed and submitted online through this established process.
You are a registered nonprofit organization with IRS 501c(3) tax-exempt status.
Yyour organization's primary focus is on assisting children and young adults 18 and under.
Your request for funding is concentrated on athletics or wellness.
Your organization benefits communities from which the donations were generated or it is located in an area Finish Line Youth Foundation serves. To find a list of stores in your area please visit our store locator page.
Neighborhood store would include any Finish Line stores within 25 miles of organization
Area store would include any Finish Line stores within 50 miles of organization
Regional store would include any Finish Line stores within 100 miles of organization
When listing stores/addresses in proposal, please indicate which category the store falls under.
Finish Line Youth Foundation Focuses Funding On Organizations That Provide Opportunities For Youth Participation In The Following Areas:
Youth Athletic Programs - Community-based Programs Addressing Active Lifestyle And Team Building Skills.
Camps - Established Camps With An Emphasis On Sports And Active Lifestyle, Especially Programs Serving Disadvantaged And Special Needs Kids.
The Foundation May Provide Financial Support For The Following Purposes:
Programs And Projects - The Foundation May Support The Direct Costs Of Youth Programming For Requests In Their Areas Of Interest
Scholarships - The Foundation May Provide Full Or Partial Scholarship Funding For Camps Or Youth Athletic Programs
The Foundation Is Particularly Interested In:
Organizations Providing Opportunities For Participation For Children And Young Adults Age 18 And Under
Organizations Whose Activities Provide Direct Services To Individuals And Produce Tangible Results, Rather Than Those That Are Policy Oriented
The Potential Impact Of The Program/project And The Number Of People Who Will Benefit
The Organization's Fiscal Responsibility And Management Qualifications
The Ability Of An Organization To Obtain The Necessary Additional Funding To Implement A Program Or Project And To Provide Ongoing Funding After The Term Of The Grant Has Expired
