| Eligibility: | Applicants must meet the following requirements to be eligible for participation in the program: 1.Hold U.S. citizenship, 2. Be employed full time as a classroom teacher or teacher-librarian for grades 7 - 12 (Note: Teachers who teach 6th grade as part of a Junior High or Middle School may be considered for the program. However, elementary school teachers are not eligible), 3. Teach in one of the 50 States or the District of Columbia and 3. Have at least three years of full-time teaching experience (by the program start date) |
