|Eligibility:||The Eisner Prize is a national award, open to anyone or any group
working in the United States.Â
The Eisner Prize is a cash award designed to recognize
excellence by an individual or a non-profit organization in uniting
multiple generations, especially seniors and youth, to bring about
positive and lasting changes in their community.
The 2014 Eisner Prizes for Intergenerational Excellence will again
be cash awards in the amount of $100,000, and will be awarded in
two areas:Â Innovation in Intergenerational Solutions,
andÂ Lifetime Achievement in Intergenerational
Advocacy.Â The winners of these prizes will again be
selected by Eisner Foundation staff and board, in conjunction with
the advisers that comprise our Eisner Prize selection
committee.Â Both of these awards will be given out on October
29 in Tempe.
