Eligibility:
Eligible applicants are any public entities, including states,
or non-profit or for-profit private entities, including
community-based and faith-based organizations, pursuant to section
645A(d) of the Head Start, 42 U.S.C. § 9840a(d).



Applications from individuals (including sole proprietorships)
and foreign entities are not eligible and will be disqualified from
competitive review and from funding under this announcement. See
Section III.3.

Faith-based and community organizations that meet the
eligibility requirements are eligible to receive awards under this
funding opportunity announcement. Faith-based organizations are
encouraged to review the ACF Policy on Grants to Faith-Based

Purpose:

The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) announces the
availability of approximately $500 million to be competitively
awarded for the purpose of expanding access to high-quality,
comprehensive services to low-income infants and toddlers and their
families through Early Head Start-Child Care (EHS-CC) Partnerships,
or through the expansion of Early Head Start services. ACF solicits
applications from public entities, including states, or private
non-profit organizations, including community-based or faith-based
organizations, or for-profit agencies that meet eligibility for
applying as stated in section 645A of the Head Start Act.

Award Min: $750,000.00
Award Max: $54,000,000.00
